| OUR STORY Community Focused, Family DrivenClyde Accident Repair began as a couple and a small factory in 2022. From two staff members working full-time, it’s now grown to incorporate two large factories and a dedicated team of twenty employees, mechanics, administrators and customer service specialists. Over the years, our two founders carried their family-run values into every part of the business. Since Day One, we’ve wanted to provide our quality vehicle repairs to members of our Clyde North community. Our founders still live in Clyde North, just around the corner from their first small factory, and believe this gives us an opportunity to build a better and safer community in our own small way. Thankfully, as we've grown and partnered with insurance companies like Allianz and Auto & General, we’ve also grown our opportunities to assist communities across Melbourne and provide meaningful vehicle support. It’s an opportunity we’re grateful for every day we walk into the factory. |
Providing Peace Of Mind With Our CraftAs mechanics and insurance vehicle repair specialists, we know we have a duty and an opportunity to assist members of our community during one of the most stressful periods of their lives: vehicle accidents. We believe we can make a positive, meaningful difference to the lives of our clients by providing a fast, simple and stress-free repair process that gets them back on the road as safely as possible. We know not every business or team can say the same, and it’s why we find such fulfilment in our work. |
Even after four years of operation, our founders are proud of the fact that Clyde Accident Repair has retained its family-owned values to this day.
It hasn’t always been what others would call ‘optimal’: at times, it’s meant our founders have had to slow down expansion. But for us, it’s the only way we would consider doing business.
Family-run values such as never compromising on quality, taking extra time to ensure vehicle safety, and even just having a yarn with our clients to make them feel at home are quintessential to our efforts to offer the personal care of a small family business, but still get members of our community back on the road with the pace of a professional, large-scale organisation that cares.
